Small Group Personal Training

Experience personalized training in a small group environment.

How does it work?

-Start with our Movement Screen, in which we assess your stability and mobility joint-by-joint, and an Inbody Bodyfat Assessment (if desired).

-From there, you'll meet with your primary coach. Your coach will take you through our two-session intro assessment and put together a personalized training program for you tailored to your needs, which will take the guesswork out of making progress.

-Come into our Small Group PT Sessions- 60 minute sessions where you and up to 6 other people train under the watchful eye of a coach. Work through the training plan that your primary coach has put together for you.

-Make progress outside the gym with our nutrition, sleep, and stress management support.

-Check in regularly with your primary coach as you make progress and your training progresses and evolves!

Intro Personal Training Package

2 Session Personal Training Full-Body Assessment 

$199

Those sessions are up to 60 minutes in length. In those sessions we take you through our Movement Screen and Inbody Assessment (if desired), as well as a full body strength, stability, and conditioning assessment. This gives us the information we need to get you started on a training plan customized to your specific needs.

As we begin to work together, we'll get the best sense of what you need in order to reach your goals, and tailor your training accordingly.
