Community
One of the most important aspects of Hungry Hearts is our fantastic community- the community of both our members as well as the greater town community around us.
Our local communities have done so much for us that we believe in giving back in every way we can.
Read below to learn more about some of our community-focused initiatives, such as our open-to-all running club and health-focused presentations.
Hungry Hearts Run Club

What's it all about?
Are you:
-A totally new, zero-experience runner looking to get started?
-A fun-run 5ker looking to up your game?
-An experienced runner looking to add some speed work to your weekly mileage?
Come get coached!
The Hungry Hearts Run Club is held every at 5:30pm. This is a one-hour instructor-led class designed to get you more comfortable running and improve your performance. This class consists of a structured running warm-up which will address and help prevent common running injuries, an approximately 40 minute running/jogging/walking workout suitable for all fitness levels, and some core work to finish out. This class is led by our very own Coach Ben. Ben is a full-time member of our coaching staff as well as an ex-collegiate runner and ultra-marathoner, so he has plenty to say on the subject of running!
Are you unsure if you’re ready (physically or mentally) to participate in our Run Club? Reach out for a free consultation here.
This class is held at Hungry Hearts Gym + Kitchen at 29 Little Sunapee Rd., New London, NH. Parking is available at the gym. This class is free and open to all, members + non-members alike. No advanced sign-up is required. You will be asked to sign a waiver on arrival to your first class. Bring a friend and make a night of it!
